16HP, 16/20HP, 18/21HP

Below - One of a pair of 16 H.P. locomotives (w/ns 170198 & 170199) that were supplied to Callender's Cable & Construction Co., Kent in 1934. This locomotive has the wide frame type plus extensions for use on 3-ft. 6 in. gauge. Note the parallel sides on the radiator support, something that seems to have been replaced on these types around 1935-36 by the more usual tapered type.
